HPPR Board Member Tony Salinas Presents at APRA Conference
The Hispanic Parks and Recreation Association (HPPR) is proud to announce that Board Member Tony Salinas recently presented at the Arizona Parks and Recreation Association (APRA) Conference. His presentation highlighted the benefits of HPPR’s initiatives and provided an overview of current projects designed to expand access, inclusion, and engagement in parks and recreation for Hispanic communities.
The session drew approximately 40 attendees, who engaged in a lively discussion and posed insightful questions, underscoring the importance of culturally responsive programming in parks and recreation services.
