Position Title: Volunteer Newsletter & Communications Coordinator
Program/Team: Communications & Public Relations
Commitment: Approx. 1-2 hours per week

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Newsletter & Communications Coordinator to support our internal and external communication efforts. This volunteer will play a key role in crafting engaging content for our quarterly newsletters, agency/member spotlights, and managing public-facing submissions to professional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Newsletter & Internal Communications:

Plan, write, and format the quarterly newsletter using tools like Constant Contact.

Develop and manage internal articles, updates, and organizational announcements.

Coordinate agency and member spotlights that highlight achievements and newsworthy stories.
Email Marketing:

Design and schedule email campaigns in Constant Contact.

Ensure campaigns are audience-appropriate, visually appealing, and aligned with branding.

Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
Ideal Candidate:

Strong writing and editing skills; able to tailor content for various audiences.

Familiar with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.).

Experience with digital newsletters and internal communications is a plus.

Basic layout/design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Express, or email design tools).

Organized, reliable, and collaborative.
